Krish leads McKinsey's application maintenance and development work in North America, and is a member of the High Tech and Financial Services practices.
With 20 years of experience in lean operations, and application and software development, Krish primarily advises clients in high tech, financial services, and technology. His recent client work includes engagements improving operations for a large European bank, a multiyear transformation program for a large IT services provider, raising software development productivity at a global high-tech company, and building an online banking portal for an SME banking venture in which he acted as CIO.
